SimplyPrint has a livechat in the lower right corner, that is visible everywhere on our website.

The opening hours of our live chat depend on the user's subscription. The opening hours for the livechat are as follows (CET-timezone);

- Free subscription

10:00 - 15:00 (only weekdays)

- Basic subscription

10:00 - 16:00 (only weekdays)

- Pro & Print Farm subscription

10:00 - 20:00 (only weekdays)

- Enterprise subscription

10:00 - 20:00 - all days of the week

Closed for holidays;

SimplyPrint's support is closed on the following days: December 24th, December 31st, January 1st.

Our livechat is open for messages at any time, but we only respond within our opening hours - so feel free to leave a message, and we'll be sure to see it when the livechat opens.
