Custom Rename Nozzles and Extruders
Rename Nozzles and Extruders to be able to easily identify which AMS slot is for which. For example we have an H2D with dual nozzles so labeling the nozzle left and right would help us easily identify instead of the current 'Nozzle 1' & 'Nozzle 2'
