AI-Reviewed Suggestion Pop-Up for Enhanced Clarity and Voting

When a new suggestion is made, have a pop-up notification so others can vote on it. It would also be beneficial if there's an option for AI to review the suggestion beforehand. This could be at our expense. The AI can then notify you if a similar su
